What’s on the surface means nothing if there’s no substance underneath. In an abundant world, discernment & direction are of the utmost importance.

To me, life is a book. It’s been written—not by me, I’m reading it. I’m also writing more, and everyone else is adding their own pages as well.

Oh it’s a mess, it’s a messsss. Pages everywhere and it’s a little muddled. My work lives in this mess.

Finding context takes a trained eye. One that knows history, that knows art enough to recognize, place, and reference eras & movements. How the present moment is just an amalgamation of all that combined with the hope & desires tomorrow.

In every pile of pages, there is a story being told. I see how things work and can name why.

I don’t see taste as a flex, I treat it as infrastructure.  Beauty is not a garnish, but a system. A home holds life, a shelf holds a collection, a schedule holds the day. I build containers that make life work, not fight.

A good system makes the right choices abundantly clear, effortless. A good ritual plants someone firmly to the ground. A good understanding makes the right language simple.

All of us are born with desire and beauty teeming underneath our skin. We are meant to experience and explore, but lose the plot in getting caught up in the right way to do so. I take vage notions and turn them into concrete forms.

Everyone feels but putting words to the why can be a challenge. There’s no wrong way to express, only misguided mediums. Finding the right way to convey your unique sensibilities is key.

True luxury is space, time, & experience. I connect those who see eye to eye and want to be in awe of those around them. No competitions, no climbing, collaboration is easy when everybody is invested in each other’s joy & prosperity.

My honesty is my greatest pride. I’m precise. Beating around the bush wastes time and talent, my goal is to get everything in its place and have a place for everything.

Life is long, so much came before us, so much happens without us, and more will continue on when we’re gone.

It’s my mission to leave a meaningful chapter in this chaotic book. For me, for everyone.
